What is CDPAP?
CDPAP is a Medicaid program that provides home care services to those who are in need of help with activities of daily living (ADLs). You have the freedom to choose a family, friend, or qualified Home Health Aide (HHA) to be your primary caretaker as a paid personal care assistant. Typically the person in need of care is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, managing, and scheduling the caregiver for their specific care needs.
